By using Track Hound GPS in any way, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The words «you» and «your» refer to you personally or, if you are accessing Track Hound GPS on behalf of a company or entity, that company or entity. Personal Information Collected

Information you use to register for a User Account, as that term is defined in the Track Hound GPS Terms of Service. This includes your name, email address, mobile phone number and information related to your business.
Information necessary to process subscription payments. This may include the last 4 digits of your credit card information and billing address.
Information about your mobile device or computer if you access our websites. This includes your IP address, referring page information, and site activity information. This information may be collected through cookies, web beacons, or heat maps. You can disable cookies by adjusting the cookie settings on your web browser or mobile device. Please note that disabling cookies may disable certain features on Track Hound GPS.
Information you send to Track Hound GPS to plan routes or receive services.
GPS information from connected devices using the Track Hound GPS mobile app.

Track Hound GPS does not store or collect personal information owned by anyone under the age of 18.
Track Hound GPS reserves the right to unilaterally remove User content that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, or its Privacy Policy.

Provide mapping and route optimization services and provide the other services offered by Track Hound GPS or the Company.

You can access, correct, modify or delete routes and visits by accessing it within Track Hound GPS. You control all the content you upload to Track Hound GPS. Content you delete (including Content that contains personal information) may be kept in backup or archive copies to enable you to use certain features such as revision history and base snapshots. If you wish to permanently remove Content from your Track Hound GPS account, please contact us at support@trackhoundgps.com.
Track Hound GPS Marketing Emails – How to Unsubscribe
We may use some of the information we collect for marketing purposes, including sending you promotional communications about new Track Hound GPS features, products, events, or other opportunities. If you would like to stop receiving these communications or opt out of the use of your information for these purposes, please follow the opt-out instructions by clicking «Unsubscribe» (or similar opt-out language) in those communications. You may only opt out of administrative messages and emails by deleting your User Account (as that term is defined in the Terms of Service).
